Weaving Intentions
February 2, 2024 @ 6:00 PM - February 4, 2024 @ 6:00 PM SAST
Instead of setting goals, making New Year’s resolutions, and creating long to-do lists, how would it feel to start the year simply connecting deeply with how you long to live?
During this retreat, we will explore how to meet each moment of our lives with clarity and care, not just at the start of the year, but each and every day. Lucy will guide you through practices of mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga and expressive movement to awaken the senses and imaginations. We will use embodiment practices to become receptive and open, to attune and align, and from this grounded place, to touch into the qualities we wish to cultivate in the year ahead.
During our time together, we will explore how to weave these wishes into a community of support. We’ll learn how to recommit to these intentions each morning, through simple rituals and practices. By planting these seeds of intention in community, we can generate the momentum to support ourselves, by staying close to these intentions in the midst of daily life.
This is Lucy’s gentle invitation. If it calls you, please join her for a weekend of nourishing practice.
Are you needing more time to refocus and reconnect? Retreat options available include extending your retreat to a 4-night break or incorporating the Speak with Clarity, Listen with Compassion Retreat for a 9-night deep dive.
