A Self-Compassion Retreat

“If we learn ways to practice love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, we will know how to heal the illnesses of anger, sorrow, insecurity, sadness and loneliness”
Thich Nhat Hanh

We will look at how we can develop the four immeasurables in daily life and through meditation.

There will be guided Healing Relaxation sessions and gentle mindful movement.

The programme will be gentle and will allow for space to do your own thing.

You can extend your retreat to the Xmas Retreat.

Cost:

R2400 for 4 nights, including all meals, for a twin room with shared bathroom. There are a limited number of single rooms, and rooms with en suite bathroom – a supplement will apply for these rooms.
