A Mindful Weekend
October 29 @ 6:00 pm - October 31 @ 1:00 pm
Mind full or Mindful?
Modern life is very busy and we feel there is not enough time which causes great stress and offers little peace. We are usually busy taking care of everybody and everything else in our lives, forgetting we too need love, care, and kindness.
This weekend will focus on compassion and self-care, where we can reconnect with our innate loving-kindness, using techniques from the Mindfulness toolbox.
Mindfulness and meditation are known to help sleep better and improve one’s ability to handle the ups and downs of daily life with more clarity and ease and relate to others with more compassion and warmth.
People who have been on a basic mindfulness course, and who wish to reconnect with the practice and deepen it will benefit from this weekend. If you are new to mindfulness, you are also welcome to attend.
The cost includes accommodation, meals and facilitation fee. It excludes staff tips.
