A Mindful Break: Relaxing and getting in touch
April 1, 2022 @ 6:00 PM - April 3, 2022 @ 1:00 PM SAST
with Vera Hey
A mindful weekend of taking a break, relaxing, and getting in touch with ourselves and our needs.
In these times of uncertainty, the levels of stress and anxiety are particularly high for all of us. Therefore it is more important than ever to know how to enable ourselves to remain calm and clear and to enhance our ability to cope with challenges that are present.
So this weekend we shall focus on having a break from our busy lives, relaxing and getting in touch with ourselves and our needs through being quiet and mindful, meditating, deep breathing, mindful movement, walking in nature, and other tools from the mindfulness toolbox.
This weekend is suitable for beginners; no previous meditation experience is required.
