Mind full or Mindful?

Modern life is very busy and we feel there is not enough time which causes great stress and offers little peace. Mindfulness can change this. Come and spend a weekend practicing mindful meditation to create more peace and tranquility within yourself. Mindfulness and meditation are known to help sleep better and improve one’s ability to handle the ups and downs of daily life with more clarity and ease and relate to others with more compassion and warmth.

This weekend is for people who have been on a basic mindfulness course, and who wish to reconnect with the practice and to deepen it. If you are new to mindfulness, you are also welcome to attend.


The cost includes accommodation, meals and facilitation fee. It excludes staff tips.

Your facilitator:

Vera Hey is a mindfulness practitioner and an experienced mindfulness facilitator. She uses the insight and awareness gained from her mindfulness practice in her personal life and in her career as a psychological counselor. She is a student of Rob Nairn, international Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, and has completed his facilitator training course.
