During this three-day long weekend retreat, we’ll be exploring techniques from the mindfulness toolbox such as relaxation, meditation, reflection, gentle yoga, and walks in nature.

Your Facilitator:

Vera Hey is a mindfulness practitioner and an experienced mindfulness facilitator. She uses the insight and awareness gained from her mindfulness practice in her personal life and in her career as a psychological counselor. She is a student of Rob Nairn, international Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, and has completed his facilitator training course.

 

 

Cost:

The cost includes the accommodation of your choice, all vegetarian meals from Thursday supper to Sunday lunch, a facilitator fee, and a voluntary environmental levy of R60.
