SUMMARY:Footprints: EASTER CAMP 2025
DESCRIPTION:Footprints\n“The impression left by a foot on the ground.” \nWhat impressions have your feet made throughout your life? If we look around –  we are living in a world of war\, climate change and uncertainty. The fast pace of life and our addiction to technology have brought about a loss of connection to ourselves\, each other\, and our planet. How do we stand amidst this? How are our feet placed on the ground? Are our footprints deep and heavy\, out of balance\, or not even there? \nHow would you like your footprint to be? \nOver the Easter weekend\, we will use the Tara Rokpa Therapy methods to look at how we stand on the ground. We shall explore how we can reconnect\, find our balance\, strengthen our connection to others and our planet. Can our footprints show our intention – do we step with soft feet\, an easy mind and a light heart? \n“Tread softly because you tread on my dreams” ~ W B Yeats \nSpend a relaxing long weekend in the African Bush with the Tara Rokpa Therapy team.
