Learning to Relax Training Course

This is the first of a three-part training for those in Tara Rokpa Therapy who have completed stage one of ‘Taming The Tiger’ & who wish to facilitate ‘Learning to Relax’ courses.
Part Two of the course entails setting up a practice group & writing one’s own experience of presenting & creating a record of a personal teaching programme. This also requires participants to have completed the ‘6 Lights’ practice before presenting as a facilitator.
In Part Three the written work is submitted and assessed. Successful trainees receive a qualifying certificate to run ‘Learning to Relax’ courses under the auspices of Tara Rokpa Therapy.
R1530 per person for 3 night’s accommodation, including all meals from Monday evening up to Thursday lunchtime.
R800 per person facilitation fee, to be paid directly to the facilitators by the participants.

Trish Swift B.Soc.Sc., MSS, M.Sc. Trish is a registered clinical social work therapist and is currently working in private practice in Harare. She has lectured at the University of Zimbabwe and is currently the Senior Tara Rokpa Therapist representing Africa. Traveling extensively throughout Southern Africa and Europe, she is a widely sought after and much-loved facilitator and therapist.
Jayne Pilossof has been involved with Tara Rokpa Therapy for over 20 years and completed her 5 year training to become a Therapist in 2014.
